Those are the 
words that struck me deep in my heart and spirit as I read Mike Ashcraft and Rachel Olsen‘s newest book and DVD resource, My One Word.
Many of us even Christians list down our New Year’s Resolutions wishing, hoping, dreaming, and praying that before the end of the year, our minds will be transformed, our hearts changed, and lives improved for the better.
We go on enumerating the Top 20 things we need to discipline ourselves with, embrace as our new habits, and remove from our lifestyles.
No matter how hard we try, all efforts directed towards those goals seem futile.
